I need a replacement plug or other part, how do I get one?Updated a year ago

Please contact us and let us know which product(s) you have and what you need. We will do our best to send you the appropriately sized drainage plug, self-watering insert, rope, center support piece, etc.

Please note that we may not have extras of some replacement parts, particularly the Water-Minder self-watering insert. If you purchased our products from a 3rd party (e.g. Amazon.com), we may ask you to contact them and/or return the item for a replacement.
